White Tara (白度母)

White Tara, whose full title is the Noble Saviouress Buddha-Mother, is a manifestation of Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva . Therefore, she is also known as Venerable Tara Guanyin or Tara Avalokiteśvara.

White Tara's nature is gentle and kind, and she is exceptionally wise; no secret can be hidden from her. People always seek her aid, which is why she is also called the Goddess of Deliverance (or Savior).

White Tara is a Tara who has the power to bestow longevity upon all sentient beings. While many devotees know her primarily as a deity who grants a long life, her blessings extend beyond that. If one devoutly practices her Dharma method, it can also lead to a rapid increase in wisdom.
